Apex kicks me back to Windows Log IN immediately after I open the Game

Hello! I have an RTX 3080, a Ryzen 7 5800x, 32gb RAM, it's a brand new computer that I got today and I installed Apex. I have yet to be able to open the game. The farthest I've made it was to the Sign In screen but then my screen goes black and it's like my PC restarts. I have to log back into Windows. I've tried multiple solutions found online and even talked to two EA advisors and they weren't able to help. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

What sort of troubleshooting have you had the chance to try so far? I just want to make sure we can avoid repeating any steps unnecessarily.
