@ttv_DieKommander havent seen a solution.. if you say you have done a fresh install of windows then maybe this tdr error is a hardware issue or maybe something wrong with the nvidia driver
if it is a hardware issue then so far i've found this on google:
-try to underclock gpu core and memory to minimum
-try to run with 1 memory stick and disable xmp profile
-maybe disable integrated graphics in the bios
if it is a driver issue:
-ddu uninstall and go back to an older driver (that supports your 1650)
the tdr in windows gives you an error if your gpu doesnt respond within 2 seconds so maybe:
-disable any hardware monitoring tools (for example fan controller software etc/afterburner etc)
there are ways to change the tdr in windows registry but i've seen no one actually giving feedback that it worked for them (maybe it doesnt work or they didnt do it properly)
