Apex isnt working

My Apex legends had not been working for the past 3 weeks. Everytime I hit continue on my xbox 1, it keeps saying unable to connect or cannot connect to xbox live. I checked if I was banned or suspended but I am not, I'm getting frustrated at this, I've done everything I could possibly do, I uninstalled it, reinstalled it, also deleted my account and put it back on, I even hard reset my console, nothing is working, please help
