Apex is freezing for me multiple times per minute. [ Edited ]

I am having an issue where about every 15-30 seconds, my game freezes for a couple seconds or so. Nothing I am aware of in game is triggering it, as it happens on both maps and any game mode. I've tried restarting my computer too, but that hasn't seemed to do anything.

My specs are
32GB Ram

Ryzen 3700X

GTX 1080

ROG B450I mobo

I have a Samsung EVO SSD as well, so there shouldn't be any bottlenecks on my computer aside from the graphics card.. but I've turned my settings from 4K to 1080P and it is still freezing randomly. It's also not my internet, as speedtest shows 900mbps and low ping.

This has never happened before. Any suggestions on how to fix?

Hi @fflip8. 

Does it seem like it's happening at a certain spot in-game, or is it just random? Are you seeing any of the red performance icons coming up on the screen at all around the same time as the freezes?
