I do not believe this is primarily Hardware related. They just messed up.
I am running a Ryzen 1600X, GTX 970, 16GB RAM and Samsung SSD.
I had no issues in Season 3 or before. Most important, I dont have any issue with other games like Overwatch, WarFrame, etc.
Since Season 4, my whole PC freezes regulary - almost every game. It is unplayable. Which means, I have no means of going to Windows or stopping Apex. My PC just wont react and I have got to hard reset it. There is no Apex_Crash.txt. There is nothing helpful in the Windows Eventlogs.
As a customer (yes, I have put money in this one) I require immediate action and a proper response!
