Apex freezes my pc midgame

Hello,

I have recently redownloaded and started playing apex again, and it freezes my whole pc when I am in a game. I cannot ctrl+alt+del, go task manager or alt-f4 out of the game. It just freezes my computer completely. I have to hard restart my pc again.

Is there may way I can fix this?

my specs:

CPU - fx 6300

GPU - HD 7850

RAM - 8GB 800MHz ddr3

game is from steam and install on ssd.

I'm afraid we've been seeing issues with that particular CPU since Apex Legends launched. There are a few workarounds you can try which may help stop the crashes you've been seeing. I'd recommend checking out this post for more info:
