Hey, cant start apex legends after the new season came out.. Whats the problem

This is an issue we're currently working to fix on Xbox, but in the meantime you can try changing the language on your console as discussed in the thread below.

What's happening when you try to launch the game, any error messages?

@EA_Makoi cant start apex legends after mini update . (EA APP, PC). yesterday i played and everything was fine. today i cant start game . after downloading shaders game just freeze... and i must close app in task manager. i tried repair and doesnt help.... something is broken.
