Apex does not go into exclusive Fullscreen

I have Apex set to Fullscreen in the Settings and it behaves like borderless Windowed. I Have 2 Monitors and have already verified my Game Data, have tried Fullscreen optimization and have deleted the registry entry for Apex.

Any other ways to set it to exclusive Fullscreen?

@EA_Illium can anybody at EA/Respawn please look into this? I have seen multiple People complaining about the same issue, even an Answer as to if they are even aware of this issue would be nice.
