Apex crushes after EA/Respawn logo, doesn't create crash log. (17.08.19)

Apex started crushing after EA/Respawn logo. It's show loading icon for about 2 seconds, then black screen, then crash. It happened around the time when the Iron Crown cosmetic became individually purchasable. Windows has also updated since then, It might be the cause, but I saw messages claiming that re-rolling Windows didn't help. 
I tried 
1. Fixing the game via Origin 
2. Reinstalling the game 
3. Updating the game, Origin says no update needed. 

4. Deleting video configs, which restore upon the game launch. 

5. Running a game as administrator. 

Nothing worked so far. The windows documents folder doesn't have any new crashlogs to see what error it is.

@EA_Blueberry Sorry for the delay. I figured out the issue - but only the latest windows update fixed it. Windows Event Monitor showed Bad_module_info error. After trying to solve it - it increased the time before crash, but it crashed anyway. Problem fixed itself after the Windows Update, so I assume it was error on their end.

UPDATE: 
1. Tried moving the game from SSD to HDD, didn't help.

2. Launched Apex in Windows 7 compatibility mode - WORKED. Not sure how much it affects performance, but seems alright for now.

Stopped working again for some reason. Compatibility mode doesn't work anymore.
