Apex crashing Ps4

Every Second Match my game crashes upon landing on Ps4 (Yes I have the most recent updates) I can't play your game like this so any help would be appreciated.

Boot your console in Safe Mode and then choose Option 5, Rebuild Database: 

https://www.playstation.com/en-ie/support/hardware/safe-mode-playstation/

If the issue persists, you may need to delete the game then redownload and install it.
