Apex crashes when entering match or firing range

Apex keeps on crashing whenever I start a game or even in firing range. I can only access lobby. Anyone experiencing the same issue?

i am also getting this issue on pc only my  ps4 account is fine but any time i ready up for a game mode or the range my game black screens while its loading and the game closes itself with no error message

It's working fine now. I just clicked on repair and it did the job done

today I had a blue screen on firing range

when I restarted the computer and entered firing range again the game lag so hard

after a while he put me in the lobby with a player I don't have in my friends

I'd like to try running through some connectivity troubleshooting steps to see if it helps with the issues you've been seeing. First, I'd recommend starting off with the basic connection steps over at the EA Help website.
