Apex crashes on menu screen, Xbox One.

Hey everyone, 

Thank you for the updates on this. The Apex Legends team is still investigating the Club issues that some people have been seeing, but unfortunately we don't have a time frame on when this might be resolved. If we hear back with any updates we'll be sure to let everyone know.

Yea its February and I am still having this issue. I have not even been able to play season 8 yet. No one will help or do anything. Just tells me to uninstall  and reinstall and that doesnt work.

I can second this. I gave up trying to play after cross play came out, but I really miss my skins. Game just crashes before getting into the lobby menu. It has to be tied to my EA account, as my alt also cant start it. Again, I haven't played since cross play came out on either account, but support said my account doesn't have any flags.
