Apex coins not showing up on xbox

I have spent 50 dollars on apex coins with three different cards at different times and for some reason they will not show up on my account. I have tried restarting the Xbox and the game and they have not shown up. I have also waited about 2 weeks and they sill haven't shown up.

Hey @MASON11790 Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps. 

How to power cycle: 

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
3. Important Make sure that you wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
4. Plug the console power cable back in.
5. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

If that dont work I recommend that you reach out to EA Support.

That did not make them appear, also I have tried to contact EA support but it won't allow me to continue the case after giving my purchase history.
