I contacted EA and went through the proof of purchase steps and was verified they see I purchased coins but couldn’t validate to give my my coins I purchased one two separate occasions and basically was told to just ask for a refund and try again . 3rd attempt 9.99 went through and still no coins . Please don’t give me this wait a day and restart stuff I started this whole process may 18th and still have 0 coins and all I want is the damn battle pass !! Any other tips besides contacting EA And Microsoft ? Both parties verified my purchase and told em to contact the other . Complete dead wall !
