Apex battle pass and legends

I have been stuck in battle pass tier 97 with 23,958 for about 3 weeks now, it has not leveled up since. Also my wins and kills have not gone up either, can y’all please help me with this issue?

Apex Legends is currently between season this means there is currently no active battle pass.
You will be able to buy a the next battle pass Season 2 release date July 2.
