Apex all legends randomly unlocked?

Ok, this is the second time it happens to me.

Since Seasson 2, I had the chance to select any legend, even the blocked ones, I have 3 legends blocked but just twice all of them were enabled to chose.

What is the logic on that? What needs to happen for appex legend to give me this sweet gift?

@Gazorpazorfielld Happened to me. Just enjoy playing them until the bug is fixed
