Apex account Problem(ps4) [ Edited ]

ps4 pro broke down so I bought a ps4 slim, went to log into my account and I barely see anything, my username, the character, only the menu options, etc, then in a split second, it'll take me back to the main continue screen; it's a continuous loop. I went to try it out on my brother's account on the same ps4 and his account works perfectly fine he has his skins and everything, what's going on and how can I fix this? i had this acount since season one so did the other user
