Apex Twtich loot and Full screen bug

My Apex twitch prime skin is no longer available in my inventory. It happened 06/13/19

Also when i go to full screen mode i have to manually input the nvidia settings  to use the gpu instead of the actual game doing it by itself. If i use full screen the game is black but still working.

@LoneKid96 i have the same problem about the fullscreen , one solution its change to Borderless Window but its a problem for me because i have fps drops
