Apex Singapore 1 server issues?

I live in Perth, Western Australia. Love playing apex.  

But the Singapore 1 server is the same if not better ping than any of the Sydney servers. 

That is until season 5. Now Singapore 1 has a ping of 400 for me. Why? 

What's going on? 

I have basically stopped playing the game as nobody in Syndey servers play ranked or duos.

@Calcifer_28 I literally have this same problem, about 2 days ago this changed from 80ms to 399ms for literally no reason? My internet is the exact same as it was before and I had been playing absolutely fine for the last couple of weeks

Another WA person here, I've played since release, this issue keeps coming and going. I'm not sure what the reason for it is, but after a while it always goes back to being 60 ping. Maybe we're getting routed wrong?

Exactly same as me bro I've been looking everywhere for a fix like last I was on 80ms and now like * 360ms in Singapore like wtf my internet hasn't changed.

@Calcifer_28 Same. playing out of perth WA and experience the same thing. Can't ever find a game in WA as I finish work late, so I'm no longer able to play Apex at all :/
