Apex Packet Loss/Congestion

I have decent internet and have never had any issues playing Apex but the past 3 days (since the last patch update) I haven't been able to play without getting the packet loss/congestion symbols. Even in training I still get the symbols. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and updating network drivers. I play on PC but also have it on ps4 so I tried playing on ps4 and received the same symbols. Does anyone know a way to fix this?

3: Share your Internet speed 
4: What OS / Build do you run?
5: All drivers updated?
6: Any 3rd party software running like Anti-virus, discord etc?
7: do you or any other member in the household watch youtube, streams or downloading while playing?
