Apex Pack Lost

As I leveled up to 29 after a game I recieved an apex pack. I opened the pack in the lobby after the game and the tick kept spinning before any colors even showed. Just after I disconnected and logged back in. When I got back my pack was gone and I recieved nothing from the pack in any of my legends or weapons. Was playing on ps4

Happened to me too. 

Started matchmaking and started opening a box right before the match started. Match started before the pack opening animation was done. Didn't receive anything from the box. No "new" indicator on any hero or weapon.
