The issue is still happening I had lost all my skins and Legends. Luckily I’m still level 500 but with no wins. Hope EA fix the issue once again. All my grinding  just basically went to waste. 😡😡😡😡

This happens when your account is unlinked. I took a look at it and that seems to be the case. I'm very sorry, but we're not able to recover the lost content.
