Hi there,
Have had a frustrating issue with Apex refusing to pick up an audio signal from my XLR mic that is plugged into my audio interface (Komplete Audio 6). Since Apex lost it's "Voice" tab in the Origin app to configure audio I/O, I've made sure that in my Windows sound settings that my interface is set as default.
Here's the stranger thing--when I use my HyperX Cloud gaming head set with a built in mic which is connected directly into my PC, and I set this as the default audio input, Apex picks it up just fine. I'm trying to stream higher quality stuff through OBS so I want to use my interface set-up to both record my voice and as well as be able to talk to my teammates when I need to.
Any suggestions will help. Thank you!

Maybe Windows is prioritising the headset mic, try unplugging the headset mic.
I assume you have tested the XLR mic via Windows sound settings and it works fine.
