Apex Legends won't start on either the Steam version or the EA app

I launched Apex Legends from Steam and the EA app, but it crashed immediately after launching.

I have tried all the solutions listed at "https://help.ea.com/jp/help/faq/fix-crashing-and-freezing/",

including uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting my PC, but the problem persists.

The issue began on August 31, 2024 (JST), and I was able to play normally on August 30, 2024 (JST).

The Steam version outputs a crash dump.

But not added files here.

What other measures can I take?

I was also asked by chat support to clear the EAapps cache.

I tried clearing the EAapps cache, but it didn't help.
