Apex Legends will not start, Infinite loading issue PS4

So I’ve had this issue for close to 2 weeks now. I hit start on Apex, the first 2 screens of Respawn Entertainment and the EA symbol comes up. Immediately after it goes into a black screen with the red loading icon in the bottom right and I am unable to go from here. I’ve deleted and reinstalled several times, I’ve restored my licenses, I’ve tested the internet changed my dns rebuilt the database, restarted my system and I have no idea why it’s doing this. If anyone has a fix or run into the same issue please help!
