Apex Legends thinks computer is Offline when starting up

Hey all, have you tried a http://bit.ly/Clean_Boot to see if the game launches with the same error? Usually this is related to Windows Defender or some other security software restricting the connection of either Origin or Apex specifically.

Yes. Even with switched off windows defender totaly. Im also seen network interactons wih Wireshark and its ok with your servers.

If you hit windows and R to open the run box, then type in %ProgramData% and go to that directory, in the Origin folder it has log files documenting the crash. Unfortunately I’m at work and that’s as far as I made into looking into it last night. Maybe someone tech savvy can see if there’s any leads in there. That would only help if it is in fact origins side.
