Apex Legends thinks computer is Offline when starting up

Also, the game worked until I had to reset my comput.er Now I get the same error message

Can you play it now mate??? I know it's been 3 years but I don't find a solution yet... But like it happened to me suddenly out of nowhere(it happened this morning), I can play it now, despite of trying all the solutions possible and not working for a whole day(not factory reset included). I guess the problem is the EA servers, it didn't decode our proxy servers very well and randomly thinking we are offline! Anyway, in my case, the solutions were pointless and a waste of time.

add an exception to your antivirus program I was getting the same problem in apex legends game and I added it as an exception to the antivirus program my problem was solved
