Apex Legends not loading

Apex Legends is not loading past the sign in screen on my Xbox One.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, power cycled my Xbox One, and cleared my alternate MAC address.  Any ideas as to how to fix this issue?

Turn off your console and router, physically disconnect the power cables. Reconnect them and power back up and retry. 

If the issue persists at that point, check if using alternate DNS settings helps:

@EA_Barry I changed the DNS and disconnected the cables and reconnected. It still gets stuck on the load screen after asking to log in.

Update:  I am stuck on the load screen still.  One of my friends invited me to a game and I am still stuck on a load screen, but they were able to see me in the lobby.
