When I started up the Origin application it instantly gave me a notification that Apex Legends failed to download, even before I manually clicked download. I then clicked download and after waiting around 30 seconds to a minute it would fail to download and give me this message; "An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again in a few moments. Error: 196619:0"
After repeatedly attempting to download it and getting nowhere I decided to quit origin and re-opening it, except that I was unable to do so because it would say that "Origin can't close while Apex Legends is installing..." What makes no sense to me is that it doesn't say its downloading. Please help.
