The game Apex Legends is downloading/updating but the progress is 200% of what is needed and I cannot stop this. What should I do?

Sorry to hear about the downloading issues. Have you tried the following steps:

1. Restart your Origin client and run it as administrator by right-click on the Origin desktop shortcut
2. Reboot your local network by unplugging the power from the modem/router for about 5 minutes
3. Right-click on the game in Origin and repair it. (You may need to stop the download)
