Apex Legends failed to switch model details

There is my cfg to improve fps. If someone knows how to have more fps, pls feel free to reply this message!

And select read only in properties. Also i used NotePad++ for view the videoconfig.txt like that

that give me the low settings of model detail, I've trying to get medium but number 1 give me the high and no other options.

Ok so its not a nvidia problem. But we need a fix for this !

Shooting game don't need high graphic, Highest FPS is verry usefull
