Apex Legends crashing without an error or dump file.

★ Novice

Since I've gotten in Apex Legends a few weeks ago, the game will just suddenly crash, with no error or dump file in sight. I've tried everything, even going as far as to re-installing Windows. I've downclocked my gpu, as I saw some people say that helped eliminate this issue, nothing worked. I've tried many things, and heres a list of things I can remember I've tried off of the top of my head.

  • Downclocked GPU
  • Removed ALL overclocks on my system
  • Rolled back and updated GPU drivers.
  • Re-installed EAC
  • Tried installing Apex on Steam and Origin.
  • Contacting EA live support 3 times.
  • Tried talking with a Windows represenitive.
  • Closed all un-needed programs while playing
  • Ran the game in Windowed mode
  • Played with/without v-sync on.
  • Disabled full screen optimizations
  • Closed all in game overlays
  • Uninstalled and wiped GPU drivers with DDU
  • Played Apex Legends on a fresh, administrative account with Steam and Apex Legends running in administrator mode.
  • Updated Windows
  • Stress tested my RAM, CPU, and GPU to make sure it wasn't a hardware issue
  • Updated BIOS to newest version

I hope someone here has a fix I can try. I don't have any issues like this in any other games I play, which is odd. I like this game but it crashing randomly isn't fun when I'm the only one doing it, and I hurt the team's performance. I have linked my info more in depth. but I 100% meet the minimum specs required as here is what I'm running:

Motherboard: Asus  Prime Z-490 A

PSU: 1,000W EVGA Gold

CPU: I9-10900k OC'ed to 5.0Ghz (Have stress tested to confirm it's stable)

RAM: 32 GB 3,200Mhz (also stress tested with MemTest86 and Windows Ram tester)

GPU: RTX 3080 Stock speed

SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 1TB (Where Apex is installed on)

HDD: Seagate 2TB

More info is in the file linked if needed.
