Apex Legends constantly crashes during the match. I use the latest 19.2.2 drivers from AMD.

Well done. New update. I even had an error message

Same thing happens to me I get the engine error pop up and almost in every game when there are a few squads left it just crashes and i cant do anything about it :/

The error you are seeing generally points to an issue with your GPU, the best thing to do is a clean install of your GPU drivers.
You also need to ensure that you:
Run your video card at stock speeds (memory and core). This is also important for players with factory overclocked cards. This will require some third party software such as EVGA Precision or MSI
