Apex Legends Won’t Download

I was having connection issues with the game (on PS4) so I went And deleted the game to try and reinstall and see if that would fix the game. After deleting I went to download the game on the PS Store it. When I press the download button it pops up a message saying “we’re sorry, this product can not be purchased at this time.” No matter what I do it won’t let me download the game. I’ve tried contacting both PlayStation and EA support but to no avail. Someone please help I love this game and really want to get playing again.

also: I already checked to see if I was banned from the game for some reason, and checked my PS Plus status and both were good so I’m very confused .

That's definitely strange. 

When you have a chance can you try restoring the licenses on your PS4 to see if that helps at all? For more details on how you can restore them check out the PlayStation Support website.
