Apex Legends Unable to connect to EA servers

I cannot play apex legends on my ps4 because it keeps saying that the servers have timed out

I have spoken to their help pages and done all they said should do, nothing has worked

but one of the helpers said it is a bug

can anyone help with this?

Hey all, another user was able to resolve their connection issues by following these steps.

I have done all these things, still nothing works

@growndan Have you been able to play Apex before or has this always happened?

I was only able to play 1 game and since then, nothing

@EA_Cade I have been having the problem and it has been happening very often, When I win a game it kicks me to the menu says go to ea.com/unable-to-connect, Also it doesn't add the win to my stats on my legend. I should be on 30 wins (ish) with lifeline but because off this problem occurring I am only on 16 wins. I won a game about 5-10mins ago and it also did it then when i had 14 kills. If you could find what is wrong that would be great.
