I go to log on through my Xbox to Apex Legends and when I enter my EA info I get the following message We cannot complete this action at this time. What do I need to do Thanks

Trouble logining in to ea account saying we cannot complete this action at this time and I reset my PS4 and it did it again.

Hi there. I have a new EA account and wanted to play APEX LEGENDS on my PS4. When it asks me for my Public ID and Password it keeps giving me the “Unable to login” “We cannot complete this action at this time. If you need assistance...” error. I am entering everything correctly. Please help. I want to be able to play!
