finally got in after swapping to a different country server

To change data center there is no need to wait 5 minutes until the loading loop stops. Just press ESC while the loop is going on and it should take you right back where you can click Continue. Now you should also have a new option at the bottom of the screen saying Data Center.
Choose one that gives a low ping but do not choose any that gives you -1.

Tried doing the steam fix thing but it didn't work, even with a fresh steam account fallowed the instructions and all.
