Hey all, I'm marking this as a solution for visibility purposes.
Anyone who is still seeing this issue, can you please try clearing your Origin cache and then connecting to Apex again?
Please let me know if this resolves the issue for you so we can continue getting everyone back in the game

When did this start occurring for you? (10:10pm 7th Feb)
If you're on PC do you have your account linked up with Steam? Yes
Were you able to play before without the infinite loading screen? Yes, have around 5-6 hours played
Did you make any specific changes to your Origin client settings or PC just prior to this happening? I change my ID name from SilvaMatrix44 to SilvaMatriix on the EA sight. I was also logging in on a different PC (at work) the first time it happened.
Confirm with YES if you've performed all of these basic connection troubleshooting steps: Yes
This fixed the problem, I confirm I had all the problems that OP described, this fixed it and I was able to login again. (I hope it doesn't come back).
Is there any way I can, somehow, get at least some of the unlocks I got on my alt account transferred to my original account? That would mean a lot, if it was only free2play account, I wouldn't mind, but I have many games on this one and I made more progress and cool unlocks on my alt :S

Still no fix either, stuck on the loading spinner.
Tried clearing cache and restarting.
Tried logging into another account and that worked instantly, but I cannot play on my main Origin account.
P.S. i linked my steam account already
