I basically got the exact same answer, although I was also told a patch was incoming to adress the issue "any second now".

Sad to hear.
I even contacted my ISP, but they said it's not problem on their side.
I never had this problem, and this is the only game where i have this problem... i really don't know what to do

creating a new account is the only solution that has worked for me.

I'm also having the same issue here are all the things that I have tried that didn't fix anything.
Regular game launch,
Run game as admin,
Run origin and game as admin,
Playing on a VPN,
Flushing and renewing DNS,
Checked LAN settings,
Clean boot,
Installed Latest Drivers,
Disabled Anti-Virus,
Added exeptions for Origin and Apex Legends in Windows Firewall,
Playing on both the latest version of the game and Origin,
Reinstalled the game onto both my C: Drive and D: Drive,
Deleted Temp Files,
Reset Internet Explorer,
Cleared PC Cache,
Launched in Safe Mode,
reparied the game using Origin,
reinstalled origin using legacy install,
