Apex Legends Stuck on the loading screen PS4

Happend to me now, it didn’t work for me with the internet connection method... Don’t know what to do (

Same thing happend to me yesterday, still dont work ! Tryed downloading apex again. Restartet my wifi router and DSL modem. Works fine with 4G:/!

Works for me if i connect straight from the DSL modem to the ps4, and not through my wifi router( zyxel p8702N) (canal digital kabel is my network supplyer)

Guys I know what you must do. I had the same problem and you should go on the loading screen and then press the PS button and then go to settings and switch of ur WiFi for like 10 seconds and then switch it on again and go back on the game and then u will c the X

If you have played the game before all this started to occur there is good chance you can get all your progress back.

Restart your wifi connection then close the application on Apex.

On your PS4 press options on Apex Legends and in there you will see upload/download saved data.

Hopefully you will have some saved data. If so go to online storage and download that saved data then upload that saved data.

Once that is all done go to Apex and you should have your account back.
