Apex Legends Stuck on the loading screen PS4

After the last patch (1.03) the game has been failing to load up the main menu same as was happening for PC users earlier in the week. Reset my network connection, restarted the console, reset my dns. Nothing worked. Deleted the game and waiting for it to download again hoping it will work this time.

I had the same issue, I solved it by opening the game, leave it loading, then press home button go to settings then network then connect your internet again. After that it will test connection, don’t let it test! 

Go back to the game and it’s on!

The same exact issue here.. And it's the first time to try it after the update, it was working fine before

I had the same issue even before update. I figured out today that it works fine when I connect my ps4 to use my mobile internet connection. Weird.

I am having the same exact issue. And the same fix. I have to use my mobile hotspot to get it to work. Did you find a fix for this?

I have the exact same problem. Works with ny 4G mobile hotspot but not with my home dsl. Before patch it was fine. And, i have no problem on pc, just on ps4! Weird... Hope they fix it.
