[Apex Legends Steam] - Banned account again after serving my sentence

So I agree about me being guilty at one point...

There is some harsh time I'm going through and angry issues are my inner demon.

I got banned 29.03.21 time stamp 77038810 -2021-03-03T20:40:59Z Gary Gaz: "bad word was here"  for really offensive language and told to rethink my manners. 

I spend a week realizing that there is no other game really feeling "fast-paced".

Ffter I got my ban ended on 05.04.21 I was really happy...so I mostly turned off chat features for myself and had a good time even met some fine people. And today I'm at work receiving a message what I get permanently banned for offensive language 8.04.21 (2 days after the first ban ended)  time stamp 79000109 2021-03-26T22:50:41Z Gary Gaz: "another bad word".

But I already got what I deserved or I didn't? In message of permaban you say "i didn't rethinked my behavior" but you banning me for past crime i already punished for.

Please rethink about the punishment.

p.s. i can't open ea.help.com it just wont load.
