Apex Legends Setings not working

Hello All,

I am having some issue with Apex legends settings as I try to set my model details on medium from High but after I press apply and go back to settings again I still see high.

I have tryed saving the setings and restarting the game but still the same issue. Just before the new patch it used to work and my FPS was at 150 and now it dropped like crazy to 50-60

Hey @BlackJugler 

Can you try to delete the videoconfig.txt file ?

You can find this file here:

(Drive)%Username%\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\local\videoconfig.txt

Try to repair the game and launch again.

Hey @Zeelmaekers 

I have tryed to do what you have advised me to do but for some reason Model Details still automatically resets to High.

Should I try to download the game as that might fix it?

think this is bug.. try changing setting.r_lod_switch_scale to lower (videoconfig)
