Apex Legends - Receiving wrong Season 5 rewards

I reached Diamond last season in Apex and I got my Diamond Badge to put put on my profile. But when I checked my Charms I got a Season 5 Platinum charm and not the Season 5 Damond one. I went to live chat support and they suggested I go here so the devs can fix this problem
