Apex Legends Packet Loss Every 3rd Game!

Hi everyone. I cant play the game lateley. Because every 3rd game (yeah first 2 games are fine then suddenly joining 3rd game and packest loss 50-70) I get high packet loss. I tested this multiple times it's always occurs every 3rd game. i performed factory reset to my router didnt worked. performed system restore to 26.10.2020 didnt worked. performed repair the game in origin client didnt worked. i don't know what should i do. it's so absurd. why every 3rd game? sry for my English. its not my native language.

@EA_Atic I'm from Turkey and my ISP is D-smart. But there is no problem right now. I don't know how but the problem solved by itself. Thanks for the reply.
