Apex Legends Other Player Models Lagging [ Edited ]

As of earlier today, I randomly began having this really weird 'stuttering' where my FPS isn't dropping, but other player models are skipping and lagging around my screen, whereas I'm not experiencing any rubber-banding. Started randomly happening in between matches so I'm not sure what it could've been caused by. If anyone else encountered this issue before or if you know of any possible fix, I'd greatly appreciate the help. Also if you have any questions about my system I'd be happy to answer those as well. Thanks!

Capping the frame rate seems to be fixing the issue for a lot of users.
