Apex Legends Not Loading

Now I see a lot of problems talking about being stuck on the loading screen and the thing spinning forever but I have another issue where I am stuck on the screen after the loading screen where the banner is in the bottom left and its moving and stuff but it doesn't go past the that screen. The biggest issue is prolly my terrible laptop and it cant run the game but I wanted to try and play the game anyway.

As your machine does not meet the minimum requirements for this game, a solution is to upgrade your hardware such that it does meet the requirements:

Well I should be able to run the game at at least the lowest graphics because one of my good tech buddies who has like an amped up pc that if I could run fortnite then I could run apex, and I can run fortnite
