Did you try a power cycle on the console and then continue playing did that help or are you still missing progressions?

Hi, last Saturday my progression was reset from lvl 26 to 1. Now i almost am lv 20 again, but i am not getting any rewards. How to fix this?

Same here. I was lvl 40. Now i need to lvl up again to lvl 40 to be able to get some rewards.. And what u think? Theey dont give a * about us. No responses nothing about solution... They just sayin its sync issue continue playing and it will be fix. Lol. Iam already lvl 12 and nothing has changed. No rewards at all. And my lvl ia still gone. * you apex legends. I know it will be horible/ no solutttion cuz its from EA!!!! * you EA. Burn in Hell.

Apex just updated and I loaded in to find my account back at LVL1 with nothing unlocked, and even the 5 loot boxes from Twitch Prime available.
I do seem to have Apex coins to possibly equal what I've unlocked... but Im not sure...

So i just did this update 3/4/19 at 19:00

And now ALL my apex legends stuff is gone.

My lvl's my battlepas my legendary skins everything...

Only thing i still got is 14350 APex currency

Did you exchange all my recources in currency?

What is going on?
