Badges - gone, tracking numbers - gone, enjoyment - gone (played like a lot and got to level 51-53, even donated Started and Founders pack last night and now, looking at my character lvl 3 without a single badge unlocked, Im getting sad as *).

Yes i have the same problem im on PC , im was lvl 22 but now im lvl 4 why ? pls fiw the problem :/

It doesnt only happen to PS4 users also to PC users.

Yesterday I played a game with a friend and I won my first game of Apex Legends.

Then when i went online again all the rewards me and my friend recieved from this win where gone.

This really made me want to quit the game because now I dont have my rewards I worked for.

I contacted EA support but all they said was that they only provide support for contents lost when performed in the store and that I will have to play my matches again.....

Same here my level reset but I can still play the game but I don’t earn any rewards or tokens
