Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Find why it gets reset to level 1 maybe something wrong with loading the player stats from the server?

Same thing happend to me on PC ;(

Same problem here. I'm also on PC. I was about to hit level 15 and now I'm reset and don't receive rewards for leveling (probably because I was level 14). Stats and badges gone too. Still have my skins and such though, so that's good.

Same thing happened to me, I contacted ea support but still no response. I hope this get resolved asap and the exp we got after the reset is transfered to our old level!

I also had this problem. I can no longer earn any apex packs or currency at the end of games, and all of my badges are frozen after my level was reset from 17 to 1 - I contacted support and they said the only thing I can do is post here.
